Transparent and Predictable Costs
My fees are based on the legal remuneration of lawyers in Germany (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz – RVG). This is a minimum remuneration, depending on the amount at stake in the particular case. You can determine it in advance. Thus, I can basically tell you during the first consultation which costs you may await. There are a lot of online calculators to determine this legal remuneration. I recommend the Website of the German Lawyers Association.
In specific cases, I can also propose a time-based remuneration (280 € plus VAT), or a success fee (in accordance with § 4a RVG). In the matters where I can precisely evaluate the amount of work, I also offer a fixed-price remuneration. For example:
Incorporation of Company 1,000 €
This offer covers all legal advice before the creation: choice of the legal form, administrative procedures, redaction of the articles of association, coordination of the notarization and further steps until the registration of the company.
Insolvency Application Consumers: 1,000 €
Only for consumers and formerly self-employed persons.
This package covers all steps until the opening of the insolvency proceedings, including the settlement attempt with all creditors and the application for insolvency at court.
I support you from the very first contact with your creditors until the opening of the proceedings for a fixed price, even if it turns out that your case is more complicated.
Insolvency Plan Consumers: 2,000 €
Only for consumers and formerly self-employed persons.
This remuneration covers the preparation of the insolvency plan, the initiation of insolvency proceedings if necessary, negotiations with creditors, and coordination with the insolvency court up to the court's confirmation of the plan.
Insolvency Plan Business: 4,000 €
Only for small business and self-employed persons.
This remuneration covers the preparation of the insolvency plan, the initiation of insolvency proceedings if necessary, negotiations with creditors, and coordination with the insolvency court up to the court's confirmation of the plan.
Insolvency Application Business: 2,000 €
Only for small business and self-employed persons.
This package includes the examination of the insolvency situation of your company, as well as the preparation of the insolvency application at the insolvency court.
I support you from the first examination until the opening of insolvency proceedings for a fixed price, even if it turns out that your case is more complicated. You can thus rely on the calculated fees.
